    Manley Fitness uses adapted physical exercises to assist you in achieving your fitness goals through personal and group training. From beginner to seasoned athlete there are exercises that will help you to become fitter, stronger and healthier. The strength and conditioning training will be delivered by a highly trained and experienced instructor and can be adapted to suit individual needs and training goals. There are different options in relation to where you do your training, come down and train in the gym facility or have your training brought to your doorstep.

     Manley Fitness will provide a comprehensive approach to guide you through a combination of nutrition, fitness and strength training. With the best training methods, equipment and advice available you will achieve and maintain your goals, both physically and mentally finding the strongest version of yourself to put forward into every day.

 

     Body weight and basic everyday movements is where everyone will start, with progression to more complex moves and strength training dependent on a client’s goals. Every journey begins with the first step, try Manley Fitness personal or group training to start you on your fitness journey.
