Hello, I’m Peter,
My fitness journey began many years ago, as a teenager facing into the prospect of what direction to take my study, my life, fitness was always the direction my head and my heart led me toward. I played many different sports learning along the way about different types of training and approaches to reaching and achieving my goals.
I studied for five years gaining a lot of valuable knowledge and skills along the way to getting my degree in Health Science & Physiology, an Honours Degree in Public Health & Health Promotion and a Masters in Health Promotion. I have since applied these to both my personal and professional goals successfully.

This is one of my favourite proverbs :
‘You will never plough a field if you only turn it over in your mind.’
If you want to reach a goal, then you have to take action, to do something to move yourself towards that goal. Not taking action, just thinking about something will never see any results. Just like the farmers field, if I only think about it, the field will never be ploughed.
